Marketing Head

A global digital and technology organization is seeking a Marketing Head to drive marketing activation and demand generation initiatives across key markets. This role will partner closely with global leadership to execute integrated campaigns, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate pipeline growth. As the first dedicated marketing hire for the US team, this is a high-visibility opportunity to build and scale marketing efforts from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute global integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, social, and account-based marketing (ABM)
• Drive demand generation programs aligned to sales goals, with a focus on pipeline growth and conversion
• Partner with sales leadership to support key accounts through ABM strategies, campaign execution, and tailored collateral
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and localized execution
• Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to optimize campaign performance and personalization
• Develop thought leadership content and support executive visibility across industry events and media
• Track and report on KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI
• Manage budgets, marketing calendars, and cross-functional coordination across a global organization

Qualifications

• 15 years of B2B marketing experience within consulting, professional services, or technology
• Proven track record executing global integrated marketing campaigns and driving measurable business impact
• Strong experience in demand generation, ABM, and sales enablement
• Experience leveraging AI-driven marketing tools and analytics preferred
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
• Self-starter with a builder mindset and strong ownership mentality
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred
