Temporary, part-time, non-competitive. Salary determined by academic level. Hours worked and schedule are flexible and dependent upon assignment. Must maintain matriculated student status to retain employment.

Duties Description
- Assess the administrative needs of the regional office by gathering, reviewing, and evaluating administrative processes.
- Create reports and summarize contents used by Program Managers.
- Assist in the preparation for surveillance activities.
- Provide support by answering phone calls from the general public and appropriately directing callers; requires a firm grasp of the whole Department to ensure calls are adequately answered.
- Assist in the transition from paper to electronic records and maintaining documents.
- Participate in work groups and statewide calls in areas of interest, such as epidemiology or emergency management.
- Other duties as assigned.
