Serve as the Central Point of Contact for Provider Data Submission Requirements:
- Act as the primary liaison and authoritative resource for all OALTC (Office of Aging and Long-Term Care) licensed providers regarding their data submission requirements.
- Clearly communicate, interpret, and reinforce data submission guidelines, standards, and deadlines to ensure provider understanding and compliance.
- Address provider inquiries and concerns related to data submission processes, policies, and expectations.
- Offer comprehensive technical assistance and guidance to OALTC licensed providers on the utilization of specific data collection tools and platforms mandated for data submission.
- Produce business intelligence solutions by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports to improve guidance and methods.
- Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by providers during data entry, system navigation, or file generation, ensuring minimal disruption to their reporting processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials or conduct sessions as needed to enhance provider proficiency with data collection tools.
- Oversee and streamline the end-to-end data submission workflow for OALTC licensed providers.
- Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in data sources.
- Collaborate with providers to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or challenges in their data submission processes.
- Implement and refine procedures to ensure the timely and accurate receipt of all required data.
- Develop detailed daily work schedules for contracted staff responsible for essential data collection activities.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure all required data collection tasks are assigned and prioritized appropriately.
- Coordinate staff assignments based on provider needs, data types, and operational priorities.
- Implement robust monitoring systems to track the progress and completion status of daily data collection activities.
- Proactively identify any deviations from the schedule or potential issues impacting data collection.
- Tests, validates, and reformulates models to ensure accurate prediction of outcomes of interest.
- Drafts new functions or applications in programming languages to conduct analyses.
- Ensure that all collected data meets established quality standards and completeness requirements before final acceptance.
- Generate reports on daily collection progress, identifying trends, challenges, and successes.
- May assist in the supervision and mentoring of interns and contracted staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Seven years of experience* in data visualization, and statistical models and data mining tools.
- Substitution: An associate's degree may substitute for two years of general experience; or a bachelor's degree may substitute for four years of general experience. A master's degree in data or computer science, informatics, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, may substitute for one year of general experience; or a Ph.D. in these fields may substitute for two years of general experience.
