NYON is looking for a Keyholder, to support store leadership by overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts. You are responsible for driving sales, ensuring an excellent customer experience, maintaining store standards, and acting as the manager on duty when leadership is not present.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Lead by example on the sales floor to drive results and support team performance
- Deliver and reinforce exceptional, on-brand customer service
- Assist in motivating the team to maximize sales results
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
Operations & Administration
- Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures
- Act as a manager on duty, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Support execution of schedules and breaks to ensure proper floor coverage during shifts
- Maintain a clean, organized and compliant store environment
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide direction and support to associates during shifts
- Coach team members in the moment to improve performance and service
- Lead by example and uphold company standards to promote a strong, service-driven culture
- Support training of new hires as needed
Inventory & Merchandising
- Assist with inventory processes, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Help maintain accurate inventory and minimize shrink
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld on the sales floor
- Support stockroom organization and product flow
