Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Keyholder role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Keyholder will oversee day-to-day retail operations, including opening and closing the store, managing sales transactions, and ensuring the store meets exceptional standards of customer service. They will lead by example, assist in maintaining product displays, and serve as a role model to the team in delivering a premier shopping experience for customers. The role also involves supporting the team in achieving sales goals and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Product Knowledge, including brand merchandise and current fashion trends
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
- Proven experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service roles
- Ability to enhance the Customer Experience by creating a welcoming and professional environment
- Leadership ability to set a high standard for customer engagement and team collaboration
- Prior experience as a Keyholder or similar position in a retail setting is preferred
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus
