Role Description
This full-time, on-site Keyholder role is located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Keyholder will assist in overseeing daily store operations, open and close the store, and ensure company standards are met. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, maintaining an elevated customer experience, and training team members on product knowledge and brand values. The Keyholder will act as a leader in fostering a positive store environment while supporting inventory management and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in retail sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to convey information about brand identity and merchandise services to customers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to manage store operations, including opening and closing processes.
- Prior retail experience in a high-end or luxury environment is a plus.
- Passion for fashion, style, and creating curated customer journeys aligned with brand values.
