Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Keyholder based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Keyholder plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the retail store while serving as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities include assisting customers, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, developing a strong understanding of MCM products, overseeing retail sales, maintaining in-store aesthetics, and supporting the store management team. This role also involves fostering a positive team environment and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven product knowledge to confidently educate customers about MCM's distinct collections and craftsmanship
- Strong communication skills to provide excellent interactions with customers and team members
- Experience in retail sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

- Prior experience in a luxury or high-end retail setting is a plus
