Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to evaluate insurance and financial protection needs
- Recommend life insurance and related financial solutions based on client goals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist clients through policy questions, service requests, and claims processes
- Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable building relationships and developing new business opportunities
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
Preferred but not required:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Background in insurance, financial services, or related industries
- Active Life and Health insurance license (licensing assistance available for qualified candidates)
