Grow Associate – Candy Shop Cannabis Cultivation (Michigan)
Location: Michigan – onsite, full-time
Company: Candy Shop – a new, state-licensed cannabis cultivation facility producing top-shelf flower with care and precision.
About the Role
We're hiring hands-on Grow Associates to join our cultivation team. This role is perfect for someone who loves plants, enjoys detailed work, and wants to grow their career in the cannabis industry. You'll support daily cultivation tasks under the direction of the Master Grower.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with plant care: watering, pruning, trellising, transplanting, and defoliation.
- Monitor and record data on growth, health, and environmental conditions.
- Help with harvest, trimming, drying, and packaging.
- Follow all SOPs and sanitation standards to maintain plant quality and compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness in all grow rooms and common areas.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a cultivation or greenhouse setting preferred (will train the right person).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfortable working on your feet for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
