Key Responsibilities
Recruiting – Primary Focus
- Own full-cycle recruiting for billing, collections, customer support, and operations roles
- Build and maintain a steady hiring pipeline
- Post and manage job listings across hiring platforms
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication and hiring timelines
- Reduce time-to-hire while improving candidate quality
- Track recruiting metrics and performance
HR Operations – Secondary Responsibilities
- Own new-hire onboarding process and coordination
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of employee paperwork
- Support benefits enrollment and employee benefits questions
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support leadership on people operations needs
- Maintain compliance discipline in HR processes

Qualifications
- 2 years recruiting experience required
- Experience hiring volume or operations teams preferred

- Experience with ATS, job boards, and recruiting platforms
- HR administration experience strongly preferred
Preferred Experience
- Call center, billing, collections, or financial services recruiting
- People operations or HR coordination background
- Experience in a fast-growing or scaling organization
Compensation
$50,000 – $65,000 annually
