What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Operator position at New Tech Global?
5am to 5pm 14 days on 7 days off

Lease operator is responsible for monitoring oil and gas production, maintaining equipment, and ensuring operational efficiency.
This includes monitoring fluid levels, pressure, and other critical parameters to ensure optimal production rates.
Operators must regularly inspect and maintain production equipment, including pumps, valves, and separators. They are tasked with identifying any malfunctions or issues and either troubleshooting them or coordinating repairs with maintenance personnel.
Document production data, including daily reports of well activity, fluid levels, and equipment performance. This information is essential for operational assessments and regulatory compliance.
Ensure that all operations adhere to safety and environmental regulations is a critical part of the role. Operators must follow established protocols to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
