We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to join our Corporate Finance team and play a key role in turning strategy into measurable results. What You’ll Do:
As a trusted finance partner, you’ll help drive clarity and confidence in our financial planning processes by:
- Leading and supporting the annual operating plan and capital budgeting process
- Building, enhancing, and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Analyzing performance against plan, identifying key drivers and variances
- Partnering with business leaders to translate strategic initiatives into actionable financial plans
- Managing the capital expenditure process from planning through review
- Owning and supporting the Adaptive financial planning tool, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Preparing and presenting insights for senior leadership and the Board
- Delivering ad‑hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and risk assessments as needed
You’ll be a go‑to resource for financial insight across the organization, balancing attention to detail with a big‑picture mindset.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or a similar corporate finance role
- Hands‑on experience with Adaptive, Oracle Planning, Essbase, or comparable forecasting tools
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and analytical methods
- Clear communicator with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build productive partnerships across departments while handling confidential information with care
