AI Communications Lead

Job Summary

This role acts as a connector across IT, business, and leadership teams to drive AI awareness, understanding, and adoption. The position translates AI initiatives into clear messages and training programs for technical and non-technical audiences. It designs and delivers cross-enterprise AI training and enablement to support consistent adoption. The role also gathers feedback, tracks adoption metrics, and feeds insights back to AI delivery teams.

Required Skills

• Strong ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, actionable business communication
• Experience in change management, training, or technology adoption
