Responsibilities:
- Utilize recruiting resources to identify qualified IT professionals interested in positions with our clients
- This includes Internet sourcing, networking, outreach and other sourcing techniques
- Responsible for meeting a weekly goal of qualified talent generated from sourcing activity and presenting qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialists/Sales Reps
- Post available positions online internally and externally. job boards, social media
- Maintain all documentation using our Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn)
- No degree necessary. We will provide the necessary training
- A competitive spirit and drive to build a long-term career in the Talent Acquisition or sales field
- Solid attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
