You will play a critical part in sourcing exceptional candidates, supporting flawless onboarding, and serving as a trusted partner to our clients—ensuring their staffing needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and excellence.If you are highly organized, tech-savvy, personable, and passionate about helping people succeed behind the scenes, this role offers the perfect opportunity to shine.Essential Functions: Talent AcquisitionSourcing & AttractionCreate, manage, and optimize job postings across boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse, high-quality candidate pool.Collaborate with the branch team to develop targeted recruiting strategies and digital campaigns.Proactively source both active and passive candidates using job boards, websites, professional networks, and outbound recruiting calls.Initiate proactive outreach to potential talent with professionalism and enthusiasm.Candidate Evaluation & OnboardingConduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for Staffing Specialists.Manage all onboarding documentation and ensure new hires experience a smooth and supportive transition.Trade Associate & Order ManagementAccurately update and maintain all data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate profiles, job orders, and client interactions.Coordinate distribution of PPE across job sites.Solicit, track, and follow up on candidate referrals.Manage timesheets, payroll processing, and ongoing communication with Trade Associates through text platforms, ensuring all interactions are documented in the ATS.Performance Management & Issue ResolutionAddress client concerns related to employee performance, assisting with counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations as needed.Proactively follow up with clients to deliver both positive updates and challenging news with professionalism and urgency.Resolve client complaints and applicant-related issues quickly, effectively, and with a customer-first mindset.Seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and streamline the overall staffing experience.Growth & DevelopmentIdentify areas to expand existing client relationships and uncover new business opportunities.Act as a strategic partner by providing clients with talent-management insights and best practices.Collaborate with the branch team to develop ongoing recruiting strategies and initiatives to attract and retain exceptional talent.Required Skills & AbilitiesExceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, Excel, and general administrative tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-through capabilities.Must attend onsite and in person meetings when scheduledOther duties as assigned.LEAD is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.LEAD is committed to providing an environment of mutual respectCompany Description“At LEAD, your career is our top priority.
