What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Analyst position at New Resources Consulting, LLC?
Join our client as an SAP Analyst supporting Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Finance-to-Manage (FTM) operations. This hybrid role is based in Natick, MA , with consideration for Portland, OR or Grand Rapids, MI. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week.
We re seeking a hands-on senior SAP expert with strong FICO and SD expertise who can grow into a future team lead/manager role reporting to the VP of IT. You ll drive solution design, configuration, and optimization across Pricing, Billing, AP, AR, and GL while partnering closely with Finance and IT leadership.
What you ll do:
Lead SAP OTC/FTM configuration and integrations
Optimize end-to-end finance and order processes
Solve complex system challenges and mentor junior analysts
Support S/4HANA initiatives and continuous improvement
What we need:
Deep SAP SD & FICO configuration experience
Strong business partnership skills and cultural fit
Leadership potential without being overly senior
