Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers at client companies.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of candidates.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage the client engagement lifecycle from initial contact through placement and beyond.
