We are looking for an individual that can assist customers, answer phones, data entry and help in a retail shop. Experience with QuickBooks a plus. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual that is self motivated.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail customers
- Assist with answering phones and taking messages
- Create and maintain files.
- Assist with accounting and data entry.
- Help with receiving orders, checking inventory and stocking.
- Assist with other general office tasks and around the shop.
Skills
- Works well with others and is able to adapt in the workplace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Part time position with flexible hours. Approx. 12-20 hours a week. Monday - Friday
