A global bank is seeking a IT Project Manager (Regulatory TRACE reporting). IT Project Manager will coordinate Regulatory and other Global Markets projects, in collaboration with Global Markets IT Business analysts and developers, locally and in Head Office.
Manage the entire project lifecycle for multiple projects from project definition through implementation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Scoping and initiation: drive requirements gathering, define scope boundaries
- Planning and collaboration: create and maintain the project plan, and enforce change control.
- Budget: develop and track the budget
- Governance and compliance: implement decision gates and escalation paths, ensure alignment with standards and regulatory requirements, and maintain auditable project artifacts.
- Stakeholder communication: deliver regular status updates, manage expectations, and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- Monitoring and control: track progress and dependencies, and adjust plans as needed.
- Delivery readiness and handover: ensure readiness for next phases, coordinate rollout and production readiness, and hand over to operations.
- Closure and lessons: obtain sign-off, capture lessons learned, and archive documentation.
Requirements
:
• Experience in the Finance/Baning industry and IT, including Business Analysis, IT development and project management work • Agile or PMP Experience - Regulatory or Financial IT project management
• Jira & Agile Scrum experience
