Proven experience leading large-scale, complex portfolios with multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and dependencies
Strong track record of end-to-end execution ownership from strategy through delivery and operationalization
Expertise in operating model design, governance, and execution management
Demonstrated leadership in change management, including driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority
Highly structured, action-oriented problem solver with strong judgment and attention to detail
Comfortable operating in high-visibility, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments
