We are currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a Baylor weekend position, covering 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM every weekend. - Provide clinical oversight and supervision during the overnight shift
- Support nursing staff and ensure safe, high-quality resident care
- Serve as the go-to clinical leader for issues, assessments, and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift operations and concerns
- Active RN license in good standing
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to work every weekend on the overnight shift
- Long-term care experience strongly preferred
