- Monitor clinical documentation and medication administration
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and change-of-condition assessments
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Address staff and resident concerns as needed
- Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
