We are currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a Baylor weekend position, covering 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM every weekend. What You’ll Do:
Provide clinical oversight and supervision during the overnight shift
Support nursing staff and ensure safe, high-quality resident care
Serve as the go-to clinical leader for issues, assessments, and decision-making
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with management regarding shift operations and concerns
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in good standing
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Ability to work every weekend on the overnight shift
Long-term care experience strongly preferred
