RN Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts
- Monitor resident care to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead in emergency situations and assist with clinical decision-making
- Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time
- Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered work environment
- Current RN license in Connecticut (required)
