We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to lead ground-up custom home construction from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong field presence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple luxury projects simultaneously.

Project Oversight
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining budget, schedule, quality, safety, and company policies and procedures.
- Provide weekly progress reports to clients
- Maintain required paperwork and documentation
- Conduct daily site visits and take daily progress photos
- Perform detailed punch lists at every construction stage
- Manage subcontractors and in-house crews
- Actively schedule and follow up with subs
- Order materials and coordinate vendors
- Receive and review material receipts
- Return excess materials to control job costs
- Take preventive measures to protect homes from flooding
- Ensure proper sump pump installation
- Ensure proper installation of critical systems (e.g., sump pumps) and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with plans
- 5 to 7 years of experience reading architectural plans and building new homes
- 5 to 7 years managing up to 10 projects simultaneously
- 5 to 7 years managing subcontractors
- Proven experience in ground-up residential construction (not remodel-only)
- Strong understanding of architectural plans, site plans, elevations, and framing plans
- Valid driver's license required. Personal vehicle suitable for jobsite travel required (vehicle allowance provided for qualifying vehicles).
This is not a desk-only role. You may be required to:
- Install sump pumps if necessary
- Perform minor jobsite tasks as needed to secure or protect the property.
- Weekend work when required
- Strong work ethic and accountability expected
- Full-time position, W-2 Employment
- Starting pay: $85,000 per year, based on experience. Performance will be reviewed after 6 months, and compensation will be reassessed based on results.
