The Uncommon Thread (TUT) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing the lives of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other related developmental disorders. Since 2007, TUT has been providing the highest quality ABA therapy and services in our centers, in the home, in school and in the community. We cater to children ages 18 months to 5 years old and all of the ABA programs are overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Salary Range: $75.00-$90.00 per hour

BCBA Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify student needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to modify behaviors and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and training to caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions.
• Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavioral health.
