What You'll Do
- Create individualized treatment plans that help clients thrive
- Lead and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians through effective supervision
- Use data-driven insights to guide clinical decisions
- Partner with families and team members to celebrate meaningful progress
- Provide high-quality ABA services aligned with BACB ethical standards
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- State behavior analyst licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passion for compassionate, evidence-based ABA care
