Leave Replacement - District Behaviorist

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology or related field
  • Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) professional certificate
  • 3 years minimum experience in an educational or therapeutic environment
  • Ability to design, implement and monitor behavior plans and FBAs
  • Collaboration with parents, staff and administration
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of constituents

Compensation: Following the established BTEA Salary Guide ranging from $62,244.00 to $99,585.00, commensurate with experience.

  • Enrollment in the New Jersey Pension System is subject to term/status of the position.

Paid Time Off

  • Sick, Personal, Critical Family Illness, and Bereavement Days are included.
