Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
High school diploma/GED and training and experience necessary to independently provide technical support to computer users in an assigned office/geographic area.

Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day, hands-on technical support to agency staff via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person site visits.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, network, and printer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and software applications.
- Setting up and supporting new user accounts, workstations, and system access, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Monitoring and managing help desk tickets, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization, and timely resolution of all requests.
- Providing excellent customer service, communicating clearly with non-technical staff and following up to ensure issue resolution.
- Escalating complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed while maintaining ownership of the request.
- Assisting in maintaining network connectivity, including basic troubleshooting of internet access.
- Performing routine system updates, patches, and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Supporting and troubleshooting office equipment including printers, scanners, and phones.
- Assisting with software deployment, upgrades, and system rollouts across the organization.
- Developing and delivering basic user training and guidance on systems, applications, and IT best practices.
- Creating and updating technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and data protection practices.
