Pay: $33,072 per year
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience, knowledge of safety procedures, maintenance, and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

- Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and cleaning windows, glass, and mirrors.
- Sanitation: Cleaning, disinfecting, and stocking restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Waste Management: Emptying trash cans, collecting recycling, and disposing of waste.
- Maintenance: Performing minor repairs (replacing lightbulbs and reporting major repairs to supervisors.
- Safety & Security: Locking doors, ensuring the building is secure, and following safety procedures.
- Supply Stocking: Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.
