Program Name: DD Residential
Works with the following population: Male and female individuals with developmental disabilities.
Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. This program stays open 24/7, and shifts may work weekends and holidays.
Pay: $33,072 per year
Job Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, cares for residents in a residential environment or in a group home. The Client Support Worker regulates, documents, and reports resident behavior/progress on an ongoing basis. Employee maintains a clean, healthy and safe environment. Duties may also include meal preparation, bathing, and ambulation.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicant must have a high school diploma or GED. Must submit proof with application. Must possess any combination of training and experience that has allowed the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with individuals with mental disabilities and/or addictive diseases. Applicant must have an insured vehicle available for work; as well as a clean Motor Vehicle Report, as transporting is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
