Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic and operational leadership for all Community Services programs
· Develop and implement department strategies, policies, and procedures
· Supervise, mentor, and develop Community Services staff
· Oversee daily operations and ensure quality, compliance, and effective case management tracking
· Partner with senior leadership to establish short- and long-term departmental goals
· Manage and monitor program budgets and explore new revenue opportunities
· Review and approve significant financial assistance requests
· Strengthen relationships with diocesan offices, parishes, community partners, and state leaders
· Serve as an ambassador for the agency through public presentations and speaking engagements
· Evaluate community needs and design responsive programs grounded in Catholic Social Teaching
· Represent Catholic Charities on boards and committees as assigned
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Theology, or related Human Services field (Master’s preferred)
· 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in administration, staff supervision, public education, or community organizing
· Strong operational, financial, and multi-site oversight skills
· Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build collaborative partnerships
· Thorough knowledge of Catholic Social Teaching and the mission of Catholic Charities USA
· Valid driver’s license
