- You're comfortable working fully remote, communicating clearly via email, video, and chat.
- You like working with numbers, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- You enjoy supporting others and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- You pick up new software quickly and aren't afraid of learning new tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle weekly payroll for subcontractors (collect time, verify, and prepare for processing).
- Reconcile project expenses, invoices, and receipts against budgets.
- Maintain and update trackers: budgets, schedules, bills, bids, and other project-related logs.
- Support the Construction Project Manager with bids, selections, vendor communication, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and subcontractors via email and phone as needed.
- File and organize permits, contracts, insurance certificates, lien releases, and other documents.
- Keep digital folders and shared drives clean, organized, and easy to navigate.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- Experience with payroll, billing, or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Fast learner with good problem-solving skills.
- Construction or real estate experience is a plus.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar tools is a plus.
- full-time structure (40 hrs a week, 9-5)
- Pay: $12 to $15 per hour USD, depending on experience and skill set
