Specific Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient care and services for identified caseload, including group and individual services, family engagement, coordination of treatment, referral and collateral contacts, treatment planning, case management, and conducting clinical measurements/assessments.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling fields and/or LADC II or equivalent specialty.
- Master’s degree in related field with at least 1 year of direct clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance abuse setting OR a Bachelor’s degree and initial clinical licensure of certification, with 5 or more years serving as an individual clinician within the related field.
- Master’s degree with Independent Licensure (LADC 1, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related). At least 3 years of direct clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance abuse setting.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment. The noise level is usually moderate.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently use hands to handle objects; occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally lift/move objects up to 25 pounds; specific vision abilities required.
Travel:
Primarily local during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected.
