CLINICIAN/Clinical Case Manager

Position Overview:

As a Clinician in our Cambridge, MA location, you would work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that clinical work is consistent with the philosophy and objectives of CEDC. This position is full-time Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Orient patient to the program rules/parameters of the Clinician/Patient relationship.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Assist families in implementing behavioral strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention.
  • Develop and update treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with patient providers and other outpatient providers.
  • Complete clinical documentation as required for the appropriate level of care.
  • Conduct initial evaluations, concurrent reviews with insurance companies, discharge plans, and relapse prevention plans.


Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed or License-eligible clinician (Psy.D., Ph.D., MSW, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW)
  • Confident, articulate and personable
  • Comfortable working with patients and families in person, via Zoom, or over the telephone
  • Comfortable conducting group therapy
  • Ability to multi-task and work as a multi-disciplinary team member and independently with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of clinical experience providing direct clinical care with psychiatric and mental health populations
  • Experience working in the field of eating disorders.
  • Strong clinical, communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask in a fast-paced mental health environment.
  • Experience with CBT and DBT modalities.
