We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee complex projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with financial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and budget management, including manpower, equipment, materials, and cost allocations to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and departmental resources to meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget commitments.
- Support sales and bid development activities, contributing to new business acquisition and strengthening governance within the sales process.
- Monitor project execution, proactively identify risks or schedule delays, and implement corrective and alternative action plans.
- Manage contracts and customer relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and qualification requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal leadership regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Assign, track, and evaluate team tasks and performance, providing clear feedback and guidance.
- Perform cost analysis and drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and manage internal and external documentation, reports, and communications.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Management) or a related STEM field.
- 3 years of experience in program management
- Proven experience working in high-paced, complex environments with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
