The Portfolio Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the ongoing performance and compliance of the commercial loan portfolio. This role involves monitoring credit quality, managing loan renewals and modifications, and ensuring accurate reporting. The officer will work closely with the commercial lending team to support client relationships, maintain portfolio health, and assist in new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor loan portfolios, including renewals, maturities, and covenant compliance.
- Conduct periodic credit reviews and prepare reporting for management and regulators.
- Assist with loan closings, modifications, waivers, and amendments.
- Collect and analyze borrower financials to evaluate credit performance.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews by providing required documentation.
- Partner with relationship managers to identify and support new lending opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial lending, portfolio management, or credit analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with loan documentation.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
