Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Compliance Analyst to support the organization’s compliance framework and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and internal policies. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and involves monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing compliance processes to mitigate risk and maintain operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review transactions, documentation, and processes for regulatory compliance.
- Conduct compliance testing, risk assessments, and internal audits as required.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, escalating when necessary.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and updating of compliance policies and procedures.
- Prepare and deliver compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory analysis.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, and general regulatory requirements preferred.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
