Responsibilities
- Prompt and assist client with self care tasks
- Assist client with meal preparations and home making tasks
- Accompany client to attend other community activities
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- High school diploma or higher
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work autonomously in a variety of locations
- Demonstrates time management skills.
- Demonstrates experience delivering high quality support services.
