Responsibilities
- Prompt client to complete self care tasks
- Assist client with some home making tasks
- Assist client in making appointments and also with shopping
- Accompany client to attend other community activities
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- High school diploma or higher
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work autonomously in a variety of locations
- Demonstrates time management skills.
- Demonstrates experience delivering high quality support services.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week
