Position Summary — Speech Therapist (Part-Time, Afternoon Hours)
We’re looking for a compassionate and creative Speech Therapist to join our growing team!
This part-time role begins after 12:00 PM, perfect for professionals seeking flexible afternoon hours. You’ll work directly with children to assess, treat, and empower them to reach their communication goals — all while surrounded by a team that values collaboration, positivity, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct engaging speech and language evaluations for our amazing kiddos.
- Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that make learning fun.
- Use playful, motivating approaches to target speech, language, and communication goals.
- Collaborate closely with families and team members to ensure progress across environments.
- Track progress, celebrate wins, and adjust plans to keep therapy exciting and effective.
- Provide families with strategies and resources to support ongoing success at home.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field).
- Florida licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Pediatric experience preferred (bonus if you love play-based learning!).
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills.
