Position Details and Qualifications:
We are excited to offer part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant positions. If you’re passionate about pediatric therapy and meet the qualifications listed below, we’d love to speak with you!

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited institution
- Certification and Licensure: Current COTA certification (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) and active state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience: Pediatric or school-based experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of child development and therapeutic techniques for young clients
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide engaging, evidence-based therapy to children and young adults, supporting their development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and other functional abilities
- Implement individualized therapy plans as developed by the supervising OT, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to create cohesive care plans, ensuring that clients receive well-rounded support
- Maintain accurate documentation, tracking client progress, session notes, and updates to therapy plans
- Foster a warm, encouraging environment for children and families, empowering clients to reach their full potential
