Key Responsibilities• Manage daily on-site construction activities across multiple buildings• Coordinate and oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors• Control project schedule, budget, and quality• Review and approve contractor pay applications and change orders• Track construction progress and resolve field issues proactively• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and local regulations• Report project status, risks, and cost updates directly to the CEO• Support planning and execution of future development phases⸻Required Qualifications• 5–15 years of experience in construction or residential development• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Construction PM, or Owner’s Representative• Strong understanding of residential construction methods• Experience managing multi-unit or multi-building projects• Ability to work on-site in Tolland, CT• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills⸻Preferred Background• Background with a General Contractor (GC) or residential builder• Experience in townhouse, multifamily, or residential subdivision projects• Familiarity with construction cost control and scheduling• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus⸻Compensation & Benefits• Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience• Performance-based bonus potential• Long-term opportunity with future project phases• Direct exposure to ownership and decision-makingCompany DescriptionWe are a newly established residential development company funded by a Singaporean investment firm and have just taken over this ongoing construction project
