Your Role: Transportation Coordinator

As our Transportation Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring individuals arrive safely and on time while supporting the daily transportation needs of our programs.
In this role, you'll:
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and optimize routes for efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation communication with families and staff.
- Oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and vehicle readiness.
- Coordinate vehicle assignments for community outings and group home needs.
- Train staff on safe vehicle operation and transportation procedures.
- Maintain transportation records, maintenance logs, and driver documentation.
- Help ensure compliance with agency policies and state transportation regulations.
- Support transportation needs between agency locations and special events.

What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of transportation coordination, logistics, or scheduling experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Ability to work a full-time exempt schedule of 45 hours per week
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug screening
