New Concepts for Living (NCFL) is New Jersey’s fastest growing, community based, non-profit organization supporting adults with developmental disabilities and their families. We are seeking Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! In this role, you will provide nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their health and well-being while supporting their journey towards greater independence. You’ll have some fun along the way as well, joining our clients on community outings to MLB games, local parks and beaches, shopping trips, and more!

Compensation:
- RN: $45/hour
- LPN: $35-38/hour
- In addition to competitive base pay, this position offers consistent overtime opportunities paid at $52.50 per hour. Employees have regular access to extra shifts and extended hours, providing the ability to significantly increase overall earnings.
Shifts Available:
- Weekends 8am-4pm
- Evenings 4pm-12am
- Overnights 12am-8am
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current New Jersey nursing license in good standing
- Professional liability/malpractice insurance
- Pass required screenings and background checks
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide all medical care as ordered by clients’ physicians and document outcomes/interventions per NCFL policies and Medicaid guidelines
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, transportation, and community outings
- Maintain infection control protocols
- Demonstrate professional clinical and ethical judgement in the performance of duties and respect the dignity and confidentiality of the individuals we serve
