Key Responsibilities
Lead school improvement efforts to increase student achievement
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment
Supervise and evaluate staff; support professional growth
Oversee student discipline, attendance, and extracurricular programs
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and district requirements
Manage building operations and budget effectively
Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and community
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership (or related field)
Valid Indiana Administrator License Successful teaching experience; prior leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
