Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Conduct product demos when appropriate to enhance customer experience and promote sales
- Ensure the environment is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain knowledge of store merchandise through merchandising and stocking duties to support overall store presentation
- Follow phone etiquette standards when answering customer calls or inquiries
- Assist with inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and product placement tasks
Experience
- Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills is essential for success in this role
- Strong communication skills are necessary to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base but, not necessary

Friday: 2pm-10pm
Saturday: 2pm-10pm
Sunday: 2pm-9pm
