We are currently seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners in their homes to assess comfort needs, present HVAC system options, and provide customized solutions. This role focuses on consultative sales, delivering a professional, pressure-free experience that results in high customer satisfaction and strong close rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified residential customers
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems and comfort concerns
- Present system replacement options, pricing, and financing clearly and professionally
- Build trust and rapport while guiding customers to the best solution for their home
- Close sales in the home and meet or exceed performance goals
- Maintain accurate documentation using company systems
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution

Work hours: flexible schedule with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed
Pay Scale: Base commission. Target yearly income minimum of $140,000
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Prior outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Prior in-home sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus
- Proficiency with computers
- Experience working with Service Titan software is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively
- Ability to access residential basements, attics, crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs
Salary : $140,000
