Home Comfort Advisor
Location: Pottstown, PA
Compensation: Base salary commission | Target annual earnings: $140,000
Schedule: Flexible, with occasional evenings and Saturdays
Area of service: Montgomery, Chester, Bucks & Berks Counties, PA
New Age Air is a second-generation, family-owned HVAC company serving local homeowners and businesses for more than 20 years. We're looking for a motivated Home Comfort Advisor to help customers choose the right heating and cooling solutions for their homes.
This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role-not high-pressure selling.
What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for in-home consultations
- Evaluate HVAC systems and identify comfort needs
- Present replacement options, pricing, and financing
- Build trust and recommend the best solution for each customer
- Close sales and achieve performance goals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Coordinate with installation and service teams

What We're Looking For
- Proven outside sales experience
- In-home sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, customer-first approach
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Basic computer skills; ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required
- Ability to access basements, attics, and crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds
