$22.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience
Full-Time | Pottstown, PA
Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week | Occasional overtime

What We Are Looking For
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Completion of an accredited HVAC trade school program
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- At least a year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or similar trade
- Ability to lift 80 pounds and work in physically demanding environments

Your Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with residential HVAC installations and service calls
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Help maintain organized and safe work areas
- Learn to work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
- Support senior technicians while developing technical skills
- Deliver professional service to customers
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
