- Knowledge of Investments and Finance principles, with the ability to analyze and guide financial decisions
- Experience in Real Estate and Investment Properties, with a strong understanding of real estate market trends
- Ability to work closely with Investors, fostering strong relationships and providing tailored guidance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for empowering others
- Previous experience in coaching or consulting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
